I keep sinking

Deeper and deeper

Light vanishing in front

Hints me of a reaper!

It's too dark 

It's too frenetic!

I sense my heartbeat

growing more erratic!

I feel goosebumps

Underneath the water

Cannot explain it

My life's getting shorter

It's like a movie

where I am the lead

Hurt, dying

Sinking! as the script's need

Eyes are heavy

but I see a gleam 

Wait! Is that an angel

I this a dream?

I wake up in my bed

Breathing heavily

I smile and take a sigh
